I really enjoyed designing this mode. In 1864 a model 1860 13-inch Seacoast Mortar was mated to a modified railroad flat-car creating a mobile siege artillery system. The "DICTATOR."

This model may possibly be the first highly detailed model in 1/35 of the Dictator railroad gun system.

 Parts include:

Wood grain on platforms and extensions.

Rotatable trucks

Extremely detailed gun and mount

Levers, ram rod and sponge rod

Barrel cover and powder kegs
